In the L class of the Blom Stallion Competition in Vragender, eight stallions maintained a faultless performance over both rounds today, with four of them repeating the result from the previous competition in Kronenberg.

The final class of the well-attended Blom Stallion Competition in Vragender featured a group of impressive four-year-olds. Among them, On The Spot (sired by Diamant de Semilly out of Kathelien W keur IBOP-spr by Cornet Obolensky, bred by Jan and Willem Greve) under the rider Willem Greve, showcased athleticism and excellent use of the body. Also making a positive impression was the well-ridden and equally well-jumping Boston VDL (by Baltic) under Cristel Kalf. While On The Spot incurred 1 time penalty in the first round and did not achieve a faultless performance this time, Boston VDL, with a strong impact and good technique, was among the double clear rounds.

The KWPN-approved stallions that achieved faultless rounds in both sessions include:

• Only One JB (It’s Otto out of Challenge JB elite IBOP-spr PROK by Nassau, bred by J.M. Breukink from Brummen) with Robert Puck
• Ormantico (Hermantico out of Dark Princess elite EPTM-spr PROK by Chin Chin, bred by A.M. Reuzenaar from Schaijk) with Lennard de Boer
• One Macoemba (Arezzo VDL out of K.Macoemba ster D-OC by F-One USA, bred by B. Veenema from Beemte Broekland) with Tani Joosten
• Ovinio (Ipsthar out of Kovinia sport-spr by Vigo d’Arsouilles, bred by Geert Moerings from Roosendaal) with Bas Moerings

Four clear rounds
After two competitions in the Blom Stallion Competition, the KWPN-approved stallions Boston VDL, One Macoemba, and Ovinio still maintain a faultless record, putting them in the lead. The third competition is scheduled for January 2nd in Groningen, followed by the finale during the KWPN Stallion Show in Den Bosch.
