21 dressage stallions selected on the second day
After yesterday's approval of twenty stallions for the KWPN Stallion Show, the stallion inspection committee selected 21 more today. Ferguson, Dream Boy, and For Romance each had three sons selected.
Especially in the afternoon session, several complete stallions entered the arena. "This morning was a bit of a search, but this afternoon we were able to select quite a few stallions for the second viewing. These are stallions that presented themselves well and seem to have three good basic gaits. In this round, we only consider the bloodline in a positive sense, but in Den Bosch, it will carry more weight," says chairman Bart Bax. The notably influential but prematurely deceased Ferguson had three sons selected, as did the proven sires Dream Boy and For Romance. Two sons of Just Wimphof also advanced to Den Bosch.
