Three three-year-olds and two older jumping stallions received the green light this morning in Ermelo from the stallion inspection committee during the reinspection. Among them is the well-proven Cape Coral RBF Z.

The stallion inspection committee evaluated twelve jumping stallions during the reinspection. In both groups, an older stallion from Stal Hendrix received an invitation for the next selection round. In the case of the 2017-born A Moonlight Speciale Z (Aganix du Seigneur x Chacco-Blue, bred by Jack Verstappen), this means that he will have to participate in the stallion competition in Groningen next week. He previously recorded a clear round in Kronenberg, and with another positive assessment from the committee, he could be designated for the performance test in Den Bosch, where he will appear in-hand, similar to today. The committee will assess offspring of the 2009-born Cape Coral RBF Z (Cornet Obolensky x Argentinus). "This stallion has participated as one that has proven itself at a minimum of 1.40m level in sport. Cape Coral RBF Z is classified at 1.50m level himself, and the committee will now evaluate his offspring, after which he can be designated for the five-day performance test this spring in Den Bosch," explained Henk Dirksen on behalf of the committee.

In addition, young sons of Mattias, El Barone 111 Z, and Comme Il Faut have been selected for the second viewing on January 31 and February 1 during the KWPN Stallion Show in Den Bosch. This brings the total to 90 stallions for the second viewing.
