The EPTM horses have completed their interim assessment. KWPN inspectors Luuk Smetsers and Stan Creemers assessed 32 horses yesterday. The interim assessment included fifteen dressage horses and seventeen jumers. Two geldings are also participating in this EPTM-test. A total of 26 horses are present for the seven-week EPTM test, during which they will also be broken in. The remaining six horses are present for the five-week EPTM test.

After the first interim assessment, Marcel Beukers commented, "The horses look good and are well sadle broken. During the first interim assessment the jumpers have already jumped a small course and the dressage horses presented themselves well." After the assessment, a brief consultation with the owner takes place regarding the horse's progress. The second interim assessment for the EPTM horses is scheduled for Thursday, June 27th. The third interim assessment is planned for Friday, July 5th. The final assessment will be held on July 12th, during which the horses will do their exam and are given their final scores, taking into account the previous evaluations.
