Keur stallion Apache passes away suddenly
The keur stallion Apache has unexpectedly been euthanized. The UB40-son suffered from laminitis, forcing the team behind the successful sports and breeding stallion to make the difficult decision.
The stallion became reserve-champion of the KWPN Stallion Show and passed his performance test with 78 points in the fall of 2018. Besides the successes of his children at the keuring, six approved sons and a large number of sports horses, the stallion was represented by his offspring in every age category at each edition of the World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses and the Pavo Cup-finals.
Teamhorse
In the stallion competitions and the Pavo Cup Apache was always a striking appearance. In sports, the stallion was crowned Dutch champion in the Small Tour. The team took the time to make the transition to Gran Prix, but once there, the stallion impressed once again. Apache was part of the Dutch Team on multiple occasion and placed eight in the world cup final of Gothenburg.
