Sufficient riding type stallion, a little short-legged. He could have more front and the midsection is slightly hollow.

Ipsylon-B is an honest, reliable stallion that sometimes tenses quickly. He has more than sufficient willingness to work and works sufficiently.
The walk has scope and suppleness. The stallion uses the hindlegs well in the trot but he is a little on the forehand. The canter has scope and power but the stallion stays a little high in the croup. He is nice to ride in dressage and gives his rider a more than sufficient feeling.
He shows a good take-off during jumping but his foreleg technique varies. He has good use of the back and finishes the jump well behind. The stallion jumps with control and shows more than sufficient to much scope. He has much talent for jumping and gives his rider a good feeling.
Stall and handling behavior are normal.

Offspring 1994 (foals)
This stallion showed a collection of sufficient to well-developed foals. They are of riding type and have refinement. Sometimes they could be a little longer lined. There was no difference between the picked and the selected foals.
The head is shaped well and expressive. The neck is poorly muscled but has good length. There is small kink in front of the wither. The wither has good length and good development. The shoulder is just plain good with good length and positioning. The back is good and the loins are connected well. The somewhat round, well-muscled croup should be longer. The hamstring is sometimes a little short. The gaskin muscling is poor. The stance of the foreleg is correct. The hindleg is often somewhat sickle-hocked. The foals have a rather long pastern. The base is well developed.
The walk is sufficient in scope but appears to be a little stiff. The trot has sufficient impulsion and elevation in front. The hindleg should be brought underneath even more and the foals should relax more.
The quality of the dams was moderate.
Veterinary remarks: one of the hocks differed.

In short: sufficient to well developed, refined foals with a good wither/shoulder formation and sufficient movement.
Shown: 14 foals out of 32 breedings.

The evaluation of the 3-year old offspring was postponed for 1 year because there were less than 10 offspring at the keuringen.

1999 Watchlist
Ipsylon-B, who was already exported, was put on the watchlist on the basis of the evaluation of his 3- and 4-year old offspring. In the course of two seasons less than 10 offspring were presented.
