ConformationO'Brien is a sufficiently developed stallion with sufficient jumper conformation. The head is attractive. The poll is short. The neck has sufficient length and good muscling. The shoulder has good length and placement. The wither is well developed and has good length. The back has good length and muscling. The croup has good placement, length, and muscling. The front leg is correct. The hind leg is correct. The legs are tight and of good quality. The hooves are well developed.
Lineage
O'Brien's sire Peter Pan (Pilot x Domino) earned the highest jumping score of his performance test in Medingen, Germany. After serving KWPN breeding for six years, Peter Pan was exported to Italy, where he became a successful international grand prix show jumper under Alessia Marioni and Vincenzo Chimirri. O'Brien's dam Vonia is a ster prestatie mare by the former international show jumper Goudsmid (Normann x L'Invasion). In addition to O'Brien, Vonia produced the Z1-level dressage horses Jeffry (s.Adios) and Iwan (s.Zeres). O'Brien's granddam is the keur mare Ronia, a daughter of the English Thoroughbred Miller's Grey xx. Her dam Gerona (ster preferent prestatie) is the granddam of the Z1-level dressage horse Faron (s.Ubis) and the Z2-level dressage horses Cyrano (s.Marinier) and Nando (s.Burggraaf). In addition, Gerona is the great-granddam of the international jumper Narona (s.Burggraaf), Z-level jumper Pacman (s.Darco), the ZZ-advanced level dressage horse Orlando I (s.Zeoliet), the Z1-level dressage horse Farona (s.Aktion), and the Z2-level dressage horse Laron (s.Glendale).
O'Brien is also approved by the NRPS studbook.
5 day test jumper stallions
O'Brien has proven himself in the internationale jumping sport. For that reason he is only assessed for stable behaviour. He is an honest stallion, easy to work with and quiet in the stable.

A uniform collection of well-developed foals with an attractive forehand that shows good jumper conformation. The trot has good stride length and more than sufficient power, but in several instances, the front leg is flat. The canter has good stride length and carriage.Breeding Recommendation
The breeding recommendation is based on the performance test and the offspring inspection. O’Brien can add reflexes, willingness, and jumping form. Mares should be long-lined with sufficient length in the neck.
