Chapeau TN's dam Vuttion VA is a half-sister to the international 1.40m show jumpers Cassons (s.Cassini II), ridden by Alexander Hufenstuhl, and several 1.30/1.35m horses. Chapeau TN's granddam Malva II is a half-sister to the Grand Prix stallion L’Eperon (s.Lord), who captured the German championship under Carsten-Otto Nagel. Malva II is also the granddam of the KWPN stallion Charisma (s.Stakkato), who competed in the international 1.45m under Julia Kayser. Chapeau TN's dam's sire is the international sport- and breeding stallion Quintero, who competed in three World Cup Finals under Rolf-Göran Bengtsson and boasts numerous Grand Prix successes. Several offspring from his first years at stud are already competing at the highest level, among them the successful KWPN stallion Breitling LS, ridden by Beezie Madden. This Holsteiner-line is further built with daughters by Literat, Cor de la Bryère and Fasolt.
