Conformation description 2004 (05-04 t/m 21-05)
The moderately developed Udo should have longer lines and is of more than sufficient tuig type. The neck has sufficient position but lacks length. The wither is moderately developed. The base has much quality.

Pedigree information
Ganges, who scores high on his sport index, has not yet had an approved son. His offspring perform well in the field.
Dam Juliaroos has produced 8 offspring (5 colts and 3 fillies), of which one has been selected for the performance test and one was a 2nd round stallion. Her sire Waterman headed the TP index for years.
Grandmother Fleurroos keur won ± EUR 120. Great grandmother Zeeroos keur preferent earned 98 points for her IBOP and has won ± EUR 800. She produced Ilsetaroos keur (s Wouter, winnings ± EUR 160), Goldroos keur (s Indiaan, winnings ± EUR 110 singles competition and ± EUR 110 doubles) and Napoleon selected for performance test (s Fabricius, champion Harness Horse Day 1997). Zeeroos is the grandmother of Morgenroos keur (s Renovo, LK +14 and champion of the Utrecht Central Keuring in 1996 and 1997). She is also the great grandmother to Triomfator selected for performance test (s Larix, champion 2003 stallion show and FSP 2003). She is on the books as the great grandmother of the remarkable newcomer T-Roos (s Manno).
Another branch has produced several competition horses in the province Noord-Holland. In todays breeding program, with a main role for the offspring of Fabricius and an increasing role for his son Manno, a stallion with a pedigree such as that of Udo is interesting. Waterman himself is only available by limited frozen semen and other than that we no long find his blood in the present day stallion supply.

Performance
Udo is an honest, reliable stallion. The stallion has much willingness to work and he works well.
The walk has sufficient scope. Udo has more than sufficient self-carriage in front of the show cart, he uses the neck well but his body should rise more. The foreleg has much action and much scope. The hindleg has sufficient impulsion but should come underneath more and should be more active. The suspension is more than sufficient. Udo has much enthusiasm and wants to go. Udo has more than sufficient talent for harness work and gives his driver a good feeling.
Stall and handling behavior are normal.
