Performance test report

Conformation: 
Image HBC is a stallion with good rectangular-shaped conformation and a slightly downhill body direction. The head should be more refined but has a beautiful eye. The head-neck connection is sufficient. The neck is long with good orientation and muscling. The wither is well developed and sufficiently long. The shoulder has more than sufficient placement and length. The back and loins have good conformation but need more muscling. The croup is slightly straight but has good length. The front leg has good conformation. The hind leg has good conformation. The pastern angle is correct. The hooves are well developed with sufficient heels. The legs are solid. 

Lineage: 
Image HBC is from Ditisem's second year at stud. Ditisem is by the prematurely deceased stallion Roy M, who was interesting due in part to his free bloodlines and initial promising first results as a breeding stallion. Roy M's other approved son is Wodka HBC, and Roy M's grandson Crescendo HBC is also approved. Ditisem's achievements include winning the national championship as a foal, capturing the stallion selection championship as a three-year-old, and demonstrating success in the sport, both in the honors class and the ladies class. Last year, he was reserve champion of the seven-year-old harness horses. As a three-year-old, Image HBC's dam Cithilda H won all-around champion at the central inspection in Luttenberg, reserve champion at the National Mare Inspection, and passed the IBOP. Her dam Thilda H earned 111 points. Her son Zandor Z (s.Ganges) likewise earned points, and her dam Nikita also competed successfully in the sport.

Image HBC is an honest and reliable stallion, who is easily distracted. 
The stallion shows more than sufficient to good willingness and is good to drive. 
The walk has sufficient scope and power. Pulling the show carriage, the stallion demonstrates good to very good neck carriage and more than sufficient body use. Image HBC has abundant knee action and good reach in the front leg. The hind leg shows more than sufficient bend and steps under the body more than sufficiently. The trot has more than sufficient to abundant suspension. The stallion demonstrates abundant willingness and more than sufficient to abundant talent as a harness horse. He gives his driver a good feeling. The stallion showed progress in the performance test. 

Stable Behavior: 
Image HBC is an honest and reliable stallion. He is easy on the ground and quiet in his stall.

Expected fertility class: moderate. 

Breeding Recommendation: 
Image HBC can improve harness horse breeding with his size and harness-type conformation. He should be bred to mares with an active hind leg.

Cithilda H is a well-developed mare with outstanding harness-type conformation. The head is attractive. The poll has good shape and length. The neck has sufficient length with good shape, carriage and muscling. The wither is well developed. The shoulder has good length but should be slightly more sloped. The back has good shape and muscling. The loins have good shape and are well-connected. The croup has good placement but should be slightly longer. The front leg is correct but should be a little longer. The hind leg has good conformation. The pastern angle is good. The hooves show normal development. The legs are well-developed and of excellent quality. The walk is powerful and big. The trot shows abundant "front" with good elevation, sufficient front leg action with good reach, and good hind leg use.
